Lies start with word#2 in the title: no definition of ” lynching” fits the facts of the case1.
Ahmaud Arbery was just jogging, met McMichael, and shot TWICE (for jogging). …
… is the gist of the dishonest article full of lies by omission with addition of irrelevant issues for distraction and sympathy
How many lies and omissions are in this one sentence. How can our society accept blatant lies and omissions by media, politicians, officials? And they don’t blush crimson red and die of shame! Fool me twice, shame on me! We have to consider the media totally discredited after the first deceptive omission:
Omitted: left out of article: seems Ahmaud committed trespass into a house, a misdemeanor, or felony? Even if there is a doubt, a honest journalist needs to mention it. Except for the #PCGagOrder.
Marcus Arbery Sr says his son was just like him: fit and athletic.
#PCGagOrder: Never speak negatively of a minority person. So naturally one can only evoke sympathy.
Setting the stage evoking sympathy. What does that have to do with the case? Will they talk about trespassing and past crime record?
Ahmaud Arbery suddenly crossed the street, and very clearly, rushed with tackling speed towards the person behind the car. Why is this never mentioned? He grabbed the gun, he swung at least one punch. Why did he not choose to stop and talk?
Is it possible that Ahmaud Arbery believed in PC lore, that he would be shot anyway? Or because of PC and BLM lies Ahmaud he was profoundly angered and full of hate of Whites and therefore attacked them? Why else would someone charge an armed man? But the video clearly shows Ahmaud Arbery changed his course, suddenly ran around the truck to attack. All we can see is Arbery charging and McMichael retreating.
Why no analysis image by image? Why always the long jogging scene, and the real attack and fight is not repeated and slowed down?
Nearly everyone who talks about his youngest son, Ahmaud Arbery, remembers him running. Neighbors saw him jogging nearly every day. Ahmaud’s route would take him along the flat, curved road outside the home he shared with his mother, then into the unincorporated community of Satilla Shores on the Georgia coast just outside of Brunswick. Ahmaud would wave to the regulars on his route.
Does his life consist of running? Was this story coached by the lawyers, with the help of communication experts? What else does Ahmaud do in his life? Does he have a job, an education, a criminal history? YES!3
This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated
Don’t trust YouTube! Always mirror and save interesting videos to a non-woke web site!
“He just loved to work out and he just loved people,” his father told the Guardian.
More sympathy. He has no enemies? No crime record? No crime victims to speak about him? Oh, that does not fit the narrative! It also would violate the #PCGagOrder: Never speak negatively of a minority person.
When the 25-year-old left for a run on a sunny February afternoon, he passed, for the last time, neighbors whose Ring alerts would go off as he raced by their homes.
Is there a reason for “ring alerts” to go off? Trespassing on this run? Video recordings about trespassing to inside nearly finished buildings? Ahmaud met them, soon after he as shot. Nothing happened in between? How and why did he get shot? Ahmaud did not swing punches and grab a gun? Just some small unimportant omissions, LOL
The #PCGagOrder also would not permit to mention crime statistics: young black males commit 10, 20, 50 times the amount of crime of the average White person ßß1
He would eventually meet Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son, Travis, 34. Shortly afterwards, Ahmaud was shot at least twice.
“Ahmaud Arbery was just jogging, met McMichael, and shot TWICE (for jogging).”
How many lies and omissions are in this one sentence. How can our society accept blatant lies and omissions by media, politicians, officials? And they don’t blush crimson red and die of shame!
1) Omitted: left out of article: seems Ahmaud committed trespass into a house, a misdemeanor, or felony? Even if there is a doubt, a honest journalist needs to mention it. Except for the #PCGagOrder.
Fool me twice, shame on me! We have to consider the media totally discredited after the first deceptive omission:
and radically and unwaveringly demand engaging in Sincerity.net
He was dead before officers arrived.
For more than two months, Marcus Sr – along with his son’s siblings and mother – demanded answers. But as the case went through three district attorneys after the first two had to recuse themselves due to ties with Gregory McMichael, no one was charged in his son’s death.
Because the case was clear self defense. The video is self evident. Ahmaud voluntarily chose to attack an armed person. Even if he had the weapon pointed at him, that is not justified nor wise to do.
Ahmaud’s family was devastated.
Sure.
“We can’t have two different justice systems in America: one for black America and one for white America,” Ben Crump, the lawyer representing Marcus Sr, told the Guardian.
That day in February, the McMichaels told police that Ahmaud matched the description of someone caught on a security camera committing a burglary in the neighborhood. This week, a leaked video appeared to contradict the elder McMichael’s statement to police insisting Ahmaud violently attacked his son.
Are we seeing the same video? See above.
A relevant dishonest manipulative omission:
Is there a logical hypothetical explanation how Ahmaud arrived at a few inches of distance of the muzzle of McMichaels gun? Who did the final 10 feet of approach? Simple logic. Even without the video, it would be fairly clear.
The dishonesty is: no clear complete alternative hypothesis. Did McMichael hunt Ahmaud down and put the gun in his hand and at his body? That is the only alternative hypothesis, in absence of the video.
And the answer is in the video. Ahmaud closed the last
Gregory McMichael’s story also contradicts Marcus Sr’s memories of his son. “He was just a lovable young man and he would give you the shirt off of his back,” he said of the youngest of his three children, who would have turned 26 on Friday.
Of course, fathers have fond memories of their son. When primed by sneaky lawyer Crump, even deadbeat fathers (like Micheal Brown’s ßß3), suddenly discover their love for their abandoned son.
“We’re talking about doing a celebration for him during the weekend,” Marcus Sr says. Thousands of people in Glynn county and across America also celebrated Ahmaud on Friday by doing something he loved: running. Near his mother’s house, people took the same route Ahmaud would run, walking or jogging 2.23 miles, representing the last day of Arbery’s young life.
Will they also stop inside the houses Ahmoud used to trespass into ßß2
“We’re going to keep running for you, bro, until justice is served,” one of his friends posted on Facebook while jogging.
Will they accept exculpatory evidence, found in painstaking legal analysis? Or will Blacks riot anyway, in spite of clear evidence for George Zimmerman, Darren Wilson, the Rodney King beating, and the debunking of “hands up don’t shoot” ßß1??
Within two days of the release of the video of his death, after 10 weeks of local law enforcement failing to investigate,
A Lie ßß2! Local law enforcement DID investigate and found clear self defense. ßß1
the Georgia Bureau of Investigation made arrests and promised to continue the investigation. The McMichaels were charged with murder and aggravated assault on Thursday, the day before Ahmaud would have turned 26.
Mentioning birthday to evoke sympathy.
His father calls the shooting an act of racism by the McMichaels, who are white. The Arbery family is black. “I’ve dealt with racism my whole life here,”
Colin Flaherty calls it the biggest lie of our generation ßß1
Marcus Sr says of the community. “Everybody’s supposed to be equal.”
Though he doesn’t think that’s the way justice works in Glynn county,
That is because of mandatory media lies that don’t allow the truth to be told.
he hopes the shooting of his youngest child may be the catastrophic event that changes how this corner of Georgia operates.
Yes. Scourges of PC will now arrive there: Unequal privilege for minorities and cover-up for minority crime, and persecution of Whites for non-criminal self defense. In the long run, abolition of castle doctrine and stand-your-ground.
Even if that change does come, he says, it will be in exchange for his son’s life.
“I got to live without my son and they lynched him. It’s just hard,” he said. “He didn’t deserve that.”
The BBC blatantly lies. The “omitted” details are so extremely relevant that they turn the facts into their opposite.
The clip appears to show Mr Arbery running down a tree-lined street as the McMichaels wait ahead for him in their vehicle.
A tussle follows between the younger McMichael and Mr Arbery, who falls to the ground
A small tiny detail was accidentally forgotten. Ahmoud Arbery actively ran TOWARDS McMIchael to rush and tackle him.
A Tussle did not follow. Arbery clearly did attack.
This can be seen from our videos, or the many videos available on line
Ahmaud Arbery was jogging in February when he was confronted by Gregory and Travis McMichael. Mr Arbery was fatally shot during the encounter. More than two months later, the two men were arrested, as was the neighbour who filmed the death.
Lie #1
It was not an encounter
Omitted #2
Ahmaud Arbery violently jumped McMichael and grabbed the gun and swung punches
All that can clearly be seen from the published video
McMicheal had probably cause to try a citizens arrest.
But even if there was no probably cause, who did the final approach, the final 60 meters and the 3 meter rush, jump, weapons grab attack and punches, Was Ahmoud Arbery. This can clearly be seen in the video.
Omitting this in a newspaper article “What do we know about the case”, is dishonesty. It should read “What does the BBC want you to know about the case”
He said Mr Arbery then attacked his son. Lawyers for Mr Arbery’s family have said the 25-year-old was unarmed.
Saying “he said’, “the alleged killer’s father said” purposefully raised grave doubt on the veracity. It is NOT the same as saying. As you can see yourself, “the video clearly shows Arbery jumping McMichael’s son.
Lie #3
look at the studio graduation photo of Arbery vs. ugly bad photos of the McMichaels
pure coincidence? Or manipulation, to make convicted felon Arbery look good? Why no mugshot? He was arrested several times, mugshots are easily available.
Add to this the pure coincidence that Arbery’s photo is a studio quality graduation photo (suggesting a studious life), while the McArbery’s photos are low quality photos, seemingly from a hunting party. (suggesting low life redneck hunters). Give me a few hours, I can make the photo look nicer with some basic editing.
Lie #4,5
He tries to bypass the truck and then is seen struggling with a man carrying a shotgun. There is muffled shouting and three gunshots are heard.
He did NOT try to bypass, he suddenly changed direction and jumped McArbery. Then he is seen trying to get possession of the gun and swining punches McMichael
Misleading #6
*Not mentioning the home owner’s risk to life and property if he dares to voice accusations and accuse Arbery. *
“I don’t want it to be put out and misused and misinterpreted for people to think that I had accused Mr Arbery of stealing or robbery, because I never did,” he said.
A lawyer for the homeowner later said its their belief that Mr Arbery had been looking for water. Security footage shows he was not the only person to enter the construction site – children from the neighbourhood were also filmed playing at the site.
Footage shows a man who looks like Mr Arbery entered the site twice in the five weeks before the fatal shooting, the lawyer added.
It seems that Water was outside the building, no need to go inside
MIsleading lie by omission #7
McArbery >no mention of 2 felony convictions, on parole in spite of parole violations,
It turns out, for example, Floyd didn’t die of asphyxiation according to the medical examiner. According to the Hennepin County medical examiner’s report cited in the criminal complaint charging Officer Derek Chauvin with murder, he died of a heart attack. The autopsy also found Floyd had fentanyl in his system, had recently used methamphetamine, had coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease.
According to Nexis, these official autopsy findings have not been reported at all on MSNBC and only briefly — to be explained away — on CNN. (The family’s private autopsy concluding Floyd’s death was caused by strangulation has been widely reported.)
There also hasn’t been loads of reporting on Floyd’s five years in prison for armed robbery. I know the guy has just died, and he seemed to have turned his life around, but the media isn’t holding a memorial service. They’re supposed to be reporting news. How about an interview with Floyd’s victims? Wouldn’t that be a newsy segment?
Again, according to Nexis, Floyd’s armed robbery conviction has been fleetingly mentioned only once on ABC News and once on Fox News.
The other reason some of us are waiting for all the facts can be summed up with two words: Rodney King.
That arrest looked pretty bad, too. The jury forewoman on the first trial said that when she saw the King video on television, “I was revulsed. … I thought they were hitting that poor man too hard and too long.”
But at the trial a year later, she got to see the 13 seconds of video that had been deliberately edited out by the media: the 6-foot-4, 240-pound King rising like a phoenix and charging at one of the officers.
The video that played on an endless loop on TV showed only the tail end of the encounter, when officers were whacking King with their batons.
In fact, however, the beating was the officers’ last resort for subduing King, who’d just led them on a high-speed car chase, at times reaching speeds of up to 115 mph, drawing several police cars and a police helicopter.
Once stopped, King’s two (black) passengers exited the car and got on the ground, as instructed. They went home without a scratch that night.[…]
Not only the jurors, but nearly everyone who saw the first trial ended up supporting the acquittal, including Roger Parloff, a liberal legal reporter who sat through most of the trial for the American Lawyer, and Lou Cannon, who covered it for the Washington Post. The renowned (black) economist Walter Williams was shocked by “the news media’s dereliction and deception” in their editing of the tape.
The endlessly played Rodney King video hid the same part of Floyd’s arrest that’s being withheld today. Doesn’t anyone else wonder how Floyd ended up on the ground? Where are those videos? [continue at Ann Coulter: On the Other Hand, There’s Rodney King…]
Lynching is a premeditated extrajudicial killing by a group. It is most often used to characterize informal public executions by a mob in order to punish an alleged transgressor, punish a convicted transgressor, or intimidate a group.
There was no premeditated plan to kill, there was no execution but rather a struggle for a gun. There was no punishment.
Officer in Brunswick stops 19-year-old man with loaded gun
Glynn County Detention Center booking photo of Ahmaud Avery
BRUNSWICK, Ga. – A quick acting police officer in Brunswick stopped a teenager with a loaded gun from entering a high school basketball game Tuesday night.
Police arrested 19-year-old Ahmaud Marquez Avery (pictured below), who is not a student at Brunswick.[Source]
Ahmaud Marquez Arbery, who was 19 at the time, was indicted Jan. 28 for allegedly carrying a Big Bear .380 caliber pistol with him when attempting to make entry into the Dec. 3, 2013 basketball game.
Glynn County School police said at the time that an officer noticed a gun in Arbery’s waistband, and he ran when the officer attempted to stop him. Officers put the campus in a lockdown mode during the foot chase.
In the course of the chase, one school resource officer fell and fractured his hand.
Arbery is now facing charges in Glynn County Superior Court of carrying a weapon within certain school areas, carrying a weapon without a license and three counts of obstructing an officer.[Source]
